Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 – May 5th

Directed by James Gunn once again, the misfit superheroes of Marvels smash hit Guardians of the Galaxy return with lots of new faces! Of course we have Dave Bautista, Chris Pratt, Karen Gillen, Zoe Saldana, and Michael Rooker all returning to the screen with the voices of Bradley Cooper and Vin Diesel joining along. New faces are on the scene, too, with a cameo from the ever-interesting Sylvester Stallone, and additions to the cast like Chris Sullivan, Elizabeth Debicki, and Kurt Russell!

The Lovers – May 5th

Directed by the Azazel Jacobs, this film stars Debra Winger and Tracy Letts as a dispassionate married couple, who are both are deeply involved with other people. As their separate partners decide to press them for full commitment, the two good-naturedly see it’s time to end the marriage which is a decision that leads them to a new affair and a new perspective.

Risk – May 5th

The production of this film has lasted six years, which is more than enough time for this documentary to show you some pretty scary things. A Showtime documentary, released by Neon, Risk is a look inside of the world of WikiLeaks. Laura Poitras gives us unprecedented access to how life is lived by Julian Assange. The production time even allows this documentary to cover the WikiLeak dump of the emails from the Democratic National Committee.
