Weighing in at 343 pounds, this giant teddy bear has 105k Instagram followers and has his sights set on becoming a WWE champion. He can bench 336 pounds – more than his own weight and to put that in perspective, a baby elephant weighs 200. He has represented his country in weightlifting competitions.

Sajad Gharibi, a 24-year old Iranian, is roughly the size of a young Redwood Tree and could seemingly pulverize you with his bare hands.

He spends his days training to be a power lifter and seems to come from some Herculean origin, and has rightly earned the nickname ‘Iranian Hulk’ due to his huge size and almost unexplainable proportions.

Unlike other weightlifters who like to share their workout techniques or eating habits, his Instagram features mostly photos of him standing topless, or dwarfing every day objects or humans. He’s not releasing his bodybuilding bulking secrets to anyone.

Sajad and his teeny tiny Fanta..

Although this boy (man?) is huge and strong, he’s got a bit of a ways to go to compete with the big dogs. In 2015 the world record for weightlifting was set by a Russian for 582 pounds.
